If any item you order from us does not meet your expectations, simply return the product for a full refund, excluding the shipping and handling fees, to:

Box the item securely. Print and enclose a copy of the electronic receipt, which was emailed to you, plus all original packaging and accessories. We will issue a credit to the original credit card or send you a refund check, depending on the method of your original payment.

In order to ensure a prompt refund, please include the following information when possible:

The order identification number
Your name
Your telephone number
The date of the purchase
Products you purchased

In order to be eligible for a refund, we must receive the returned product(s) within 30 days of receipt.

Orders received by purchase orders will be shipped with a courier service (FedEx or UPS) only. The following minimum shipping charges apply to purchase orders:
